Create and Upload an Audio Clip

Record Audio Clip while filling out QR Code form

  1. Install “Voice Recorder” app
  2. Open Voice Recorder
  3. Start recording… record… and Stop Recording
  4. Insert new file name that makes sense to you
  5. Click “OK”
  6. Go back to QR Code Form
  7. Click on “Choose File”
  8. In the Voice Recording section, the form will open up your Android Media Finder
  9. Click “Photos & Videos” tab
  10. Select the “Audio” tab
  11. Select the correct recorded Audio File
  12. The Audio file name will appear in the QR Code form input field

Select previously recorded Audio Clip

  1. Click “Choose File” in QR Code form
  2. Click “Photos & Videos” tab
  3. Select the “Audio” tab
  4. Select the correct recorded audio file
  5. The Audio file name will appear in the QR Code form input field

iPhone/iPad

  1. Option NOT available on IOS devices
  2. Voice recordings, made through “Voice Messages” app, are NOT accessible through the Safari browser

How FREE QR Codes work
  • They are FREE
  • They are emailed to you immediately after creating them
  • Thay are emailed from administrator@qrcodesforeveryone.com
  • They are meant to provide an introductory glimpse into the QR Code system
  • They are NOT available to registered and logged in users
  • They expire, (and will be deleted), in hours after creation
  • Once entered, they can NOT be edited

  1. Click “Choose File”
  2. Click “Camera” from “Choose an Action” prompt
  3. Touch Round White Camera button to take photo
  4. Click “OK”
  5. The file name of the photo will appear in the form`s input box

Upload existing Photo

  1. Click “Choose File”
  2. Click “Photos & Videos” from “Choose an Action” prompt
  3. Touch Gallery icon
  4. Select subfolder of choice (if any)
  5. The file name of the photo will appear in the form`s input box)

iPhone/iPad

Take Photo while filling out QR Code form

  1. Click “Choose File”
  2. Select “Take Photo or Video” from dropdown
  3. Select Photo
  4. Touch White camera button
  5. Click “Use Photo”
  6. The file name of the photo will appear in the form`s input box

Upload existing Photo

  1. Click “Choose File”
  2. Select “Photo Library” from dropdown
  3. Select Photo
  4. Click “Done”
  5. The file name of the photo will appear in the form`s input box

  1. Open Windows Paint program
  2. Open .png QR Code file that was attached to your email
  3. Click “File>Print>Page Setup”
  4. Check “Adjust to 100% Normal Size”
  5. Click “OK”
  6. Click “File/Print”
  7. Select Printer
  8. Click “Print”

QR Code Expiration

Each QR Code has an expiration date that depends upon (2) things:

    1. Date and time that the QR Code was created
    2. Whether the QR Code has been paid for

When a QR Code is created it contains a website URL address , that when accessed, displays the information entered when the QR Code was created. The QR Code itself DOES NOT contain the entered information, but just the website address where that information is stored. This Dynamic QR Code architecture allows qrcodesforeveryone.com to provide the created QR Code before it is paid for. This allows customers to look at it and decide at that time whether to purchase it. In the “Grace” period a customer is allowed to change the information on that code. When the “Grace” period ends, the website will not display the entered information, but a message that the QR Code has expired. That expired QR Code will remain in the system for 6 months before being deleted. As a result of this, a customer has 6 months to pay for that created code. When the QR Code is paid for, it will then no longer be subject to expiration. (Note: “The Try it Out” QR Code has a longer “Grace” period than the other QR Codes.)

Read QR Code in Cell Email

Access an emailed QR code

Android

  1. Open the email containing the QR code
  2. Tap Download icon, (saves in Downloads)

  3. Open Android Native Photos app “Gallery”
  4. Open downloaded QR Code image
  5. Tap on text icon in lower right corner
  6. Tap and hold center of image
  7. Select “Open Link”

iPhone/iPad

  1. Open the email containing the QR code
  2. Tap and Hold your finger at the center of QR code
  3. When a dropdown appears, scroll down and select “Open in Safari”

  3. Select VIDEO
  4. Touch round red button to START video recording
  5. Touch rectangular red button to STOP video recording
  6. Touch “Use Video”
  7. Video file name appears in QR Code form input field

Include a previously recorded video

  1. In the QR Code form, click on “Choose File” in a Video section
  2. Select “Photo Library” from dropdown menu
  3. Click “Collections”
  4. Scroll down to find “Media Types”
  5. Click “Videos”
  6. Touch desired video
  7. Click “Done” on “1 Video Selected” screen
  8. Video file name appears in QR Code form input field
